  12. Job Search • One-on-one employment coaching • Developing an action plan together • Ongoing support and guidance in every component of an individual’s job search • Referral to other services/programs

  13. Job Development • Support in connecting with the Labour Market – directly or indirectly • Ongoing support for individuals during the first few months on the job • Employers may be provided with financial incentives to assist with the clients’ training needs (on-the-job)

  14. Job Retention • Ongoing support either through one-on-one coaching and mentoring or through group sessions to provide assistance to individuals to keep their jobs
