Impactful Kick-off • Plan an impactful Kick-off • Endorsed by CEO letter to all employees • Newspaper coverage • Engagement of a LCO Ambassador • GLHS was fortunate to have a staff member whose husband had received a liver 2 years ago and is a trained LCO Ambassador • The wife many times accompanied him to share her journey. She is very dynamic and emotionally engaged in promotion of Donate life
Develop registration opportunities within your organization • Registration booth outside of the cafeteria once a month • Provide the Brochure, LCO pen and demonstrate the ease of filling out the application • Pre-addressed envelops that they had the option to mail in or for us to mail it in • If the individual is already a registered donor, we had a miniature Green Chair for them to sign and we posted them on the bulletin board outside of the cafeteria. • We also had a poster displayed in each department of these registered donors.
