Contact the lecturers and/or practitioners while seeking for a topic. We suggest you to have an academic coordinator. Choose the date and the venue and think of potential speakers while working on the academic programme. Draft your budget. Approach potential sponsors for fundraising. The selection process shall end at least one month before the event. The cultural and social programme and the transportation for the week might be dealt with during the last 2 months before the event. Send the Working Materials. Prepare welcome packages.
