Localret Localret is a consortium of 818 municipalities (90% of the municipalities of Catalonia, and 99% of population) founded in 1997 Mission Create knowledge for the municipalities and turn this knowledge into value, helping them to be adaptable and ready for changes of information society. Vision Localret will be the principal reference and provider of ideas, toold and solutions for the municipalities in the field of information society, through the development of the telecommunication infrastructures and new ICT.
