In the north, the season lasts April to October. In the south, it's dry November to March. It's very hot year-round -- hot and humid in the south and hot and dry in the north. The best time to visit is November to January, when the days are in the 80s-low 90s F/27-34 C, with nights in the 70s F/23-27 C.
