Activities of the Advisory Committee • Advisory Committee was apprised of grant • Members were sent information regarding Day with Alice event (brochure)
Target Area Priorities • 11th and 12th grade girls • Mailed brochures to 16 area high schools • Mailed posters to each Business Education teacher and counselors • E-mail sent to each business teacher • Career awareness -- programming • Developed workshop materials for Alice

Success Achieved • 36 - 11th or 12th grade girls attended • Girls were programmers • Girls collaborated in pairs • Girls shared ideas • Girls showed others their work Lakeview High School students with Sponsor, Jan Went

Recommendation for the Future • Maintain informational game design website • 3D files will be loaded on traveling kiosk • INFO 118 Programming with Alice • Workshop materials were re-used in Cybercamp for Girls and Cybercamp for Teachers held in June 2007
