  1. The Odyssey HOMER After ten years of ferocious battles, the Trojan War was over. The Odyssey is an epic poem by Homer detailing Odysseus’ great and eventful journey home. His journey is filled with many adventures and characters. It is considered one of the worlds most famous pieces of classic literature.
