  3. Groups A convenient way to organize people No impact on the ES 237 Is helpful in identifying what a member has done over time Can be set up for manager or individual member to add to records

  4. Group Enrollments For Non 4-H members or short term members Counted on the ES 237 Is considered over 6 hours Will not allow imbalances to be saved

  5. Activities For both Non 4-H members or short term members, and non members Does not count on the ES 237 If these are to counted on the ES237, a group enrollment still has to be done Can be added at the State and County level
