  2. THW have a nap(Proposition) Mechanism? We will go with the motion in its most basic sense- We will nap until we wake up.

  3. THW have a nap(Proposition) Why- Highlight the problem you aretrying to fix? 1. There is a problem at the moment:I am tired, and because I’m tired I will have a nap.

  4. THW have a nap(Proposition) Why- Prove why it is a problem? 2. Being tired is a problem because I can not function as desired.Carrying out tasks is difficult.These tasks are important and I need to perform them.Eg: One of these tasks is showering.I smell so need to perform this task.I can’t under the status quo, because I may fall asleep and hurt myself in the shower.This is a harm that my proposition will fix.

If I have a nap, my body will have chance to recover and recharge.There are numerous scientific studies that have proven that sleep is important for proper function.Therefore I should nap and recover so I can perform tasks.

Also when will you be napping? Because if it is the case this is in the early evening, it would not be beneficial to nap as it will disrupt your long term sleeping pattern.

Forming points out of rebuttal. “It would not be beneficial to nap as it will disrupt your long term sleeping pattern.” The harms of disrupting your long-term sleep pattern by following the mechanism prop sets up, outweighs the short-term beneficial feeling you may get from napping and the ability to do tasks. Why?

You will be awake and sleeping at inconvenient times of the day.This will affect the obligations you have in the day time.Leading to the unfulfillment of these obligations, educational or otherwise.Which will have a more severe impact than not being able to do tasks for one day.

It is just an assertion to suggest you will feel better after a nap and be able to carry out the tasks you want to.- As we told you before, the most beneficial nap is 20 mins- Under their mech you would wake groggily and then be awake all night, then would feel worse the next morning and have to nap next day- Downward harm cycle.- Also they have disregarded other causes and options.

Forming points out of rebuttal. - Also they have disregarded other causes and options.You may be hungry or dehydrated.Therefore there are other options like eating or drinking that will do the same as a nap without the long-term damage the props mech will.
