Target Customers • College Professors • College Students with the majors of: • Administrative Professional, Business Management, Dietary Manager, Early Childhood Education, Emergency Medical Technician, Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic,   Farm Business and Production Management, Finance,   Individualized Technical Studies,   Information Technology - Network Specialist, Machine Tool Operation, Marine Repair Technician, Nursing Assistant, Nursing - Associate Degree, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Office Support Specialist, Paramedic Technician, Supervisory Management, Technical Studies – Journey worker, Therapeutic Massage, and Welding

  3. Mission Statement • WITC Ashland bookstore will be offering their students a fast and affordable way to get tools they need to succeed and clothing to show their school spirit.

Model Stock & Services Model Stock Services Plan • School supplies: textbooks, writing utensils, paper goods, planners, binders, etc. • Clothing: sweats, t-shirts, athletic attire • Accessories: scarves, lanyards, key chains, etc. • Medicine: pain killers, cold medicine, allergy medication • Electronics: webcam, mouse, keyboard, headphones, flash-drive • Coffee • Beverage fridge • Tea • Snacks • Printing/scanning/copying services

  13. Conclusion • WITC Ashland bookstore will lead to great success because of its new innovative design and easy access to self services. • More merchandise will be offered to the target customer and in return the WITC Ashland bookstore will maximize profits. • Questions?
