Reminders -Listen attentively and keep an open mind to new ideas or think of new ways to use information presented.-Focus on the content and discussion-don’t give in to the temptation to use available technology to check email or text messages. -Cell phones, pagers, and personal digital assistants should be turned to silent mode.
