  3. Implementation & Monitoring Direction Section 11 in the LRMP document states: • Provincial government agencies implement the LRMP strategies within their mandate • Implementation & Monitoring Committee (IMC) provides ongoing advice on all implementation and effectiveness monitoring activities The goal is for timely and effective implementation of the Okanagan-Shuswap Land & Resource Management Plan

  9. Database Second Step LRMP Project Work Plans: • highlight priority projects for implementation • identify tasks, lead agency, key resource inputs, expected outcomes, and completion dates • record cumulative progress completion levels • assess the achievement of expected outcomes and implementation issues Completed annually by government agencies

  10. Database Third Step LRMP Effectiveness Indicators: • outline desired outcomes/goals of the LRMP • identify effectiveness indicators for each resource category in LRMP • prepare measures for monitoring indicators Completed by government agencies with review and endorsement by IMC

  11. Database Application Set-Up • System Requirements: • either full or runtime version of MS Access 97 or better • valid password • Application Filename: • Final Okanagan-Shuswap LRMP Monitoring Database.mdb
