  6. Tenancy Signing Payment Scheme • Separate from the Homeless Prevention Fund • A direct one off payment to the private landlord in return for a 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy

  7. Homeless Prevention Fund • Pay off Rent Arrears (Qualifying Arrears Cases Only) • Pay Rent/Damage Deposits • Solve Tenancy Disputes
