The Water Cycle By Ebony Byrd
MAIN FOUR PARTS OF THE WATER CYCLE ARE: • evaporation (and transpiration) • condensation • precipitation • collection
EVAPORATION • WHEN THE SUN HEATS UP THE WATER IT IS TURNED INTO VAPORS IN THE AIR
CONDENSATION WHEN THE WATER VAPORS TURN BACK INTO LIQUID AND FORM CLOUDS
PRECIPITATION • THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE CLOUDS BECOME SO FULL THAT THEY BURST AND LET THE WATER GO • RAIN • SNOW • HAIL • SLEET
COLLECTION • This is when the water is collected back on the earth, to go through the same cycle all over again! • The places precipitation may land may include: • Lakes • Rivers • Oceans
Which is not a step in the water cycle? • Collection • Condensation • Precipitation • Formation • Evaporation
