Introduction Engineers are stagnating in their respective positions even after putting up 10-15 Years Service in one Scale. This situation is breeding Discontent and frustration in the Engineers Community which is affecting performance of National Institutions badly.

Service Structure for Doctors • Achievement of management cadre • (promotion up to Secretary Health). • 4-tier Service Structure. • Time Scale promotions starting from • BPS-17 doctors to BPS-18 who have • completed their 5 years in BS 17. • Special pay package for Doctors. • Enhancement of House Job Allowance.
