One more thing, if you really think that sugar-filled candies sold in pharmacies and drugstores are healthy, we must provide you information about it. They are able to soothe a sore throat with an effective sense. That’s why if you’re going to eat them, wait for some time and try to brush the teeth afterward. Sugar present in such drops or candies is able to react with the plaque in the mouth. The plaque then develops acid which eats away at the enamel. That’s why you need to be practical and sensible about what is going into your mouth.

We don’t suggest you leave drinking fruit juice, the thing is that if you want the best of both worlds, try to restrict the utilization to mealtimes and brush your teeth. When you advance for packed juice from the market, try to have a look whether it does not contain added sugar, because plenty of sugar is inserted into it already. Potato chips are supposed to be a bit sticky and leave its presence in the mouth after eating. People try to chew the top of pencil or pen when they are indulged in a particular work. Performing this activity can eventually crack and chipped enamel.
