  2. Choose the report you wish to access

  3. Start at the main page of the report.

  4. Clicking on the magnifying glass will give you the columns that are searchable

  5. Choose State, type in “Kansas”, then hit the “Go” button

  6. Now See that State contains “Kansas” with the green filter icon

  7. The Green Cog Icon Gives you More Options

  8. The “Select Columns” Choice Allows you to Choose what Columns are Displayed and Hidden

  9. The “Select Columns” Interface

  10. You Can Modify the Search by Clicking on the Filter Icon (Funnel)

  11. The “Filter” Interface

  12. You Can Add More Than One Search Parameter

  13. The “Sort” Choice Allows you to Choose How you Want the Data Displayed and Sorted

  15. The “Chart” Choice is How You Can Graph Your Selection Results

  17. The “Save Report” Choice Allows you to Save Your Work

  18. The “Save Report” Interface

  19. The Report is Then Saved as a New Button
