In other words the more energy you use, the more you are going to pay, the less units you going to receive! SAVE ELECTRICITY TO REDUCE YOUR BILL!!! The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) has the mandate to regulate electricity tariffs and provide guidelines to municipalities for the determination of electricity tariffs. As part of NERSA pricing policy, Inclining Block Tariffs (IBT) for electricity must be implemented from 1 July 2012.
