  2. Background • Hot Water is used for many purpose • Washing the body • Laundry Section-washing the cloths • Kitchen – for cooking purpose • For coffee, tea etc • Hospital Nurses’ Station – for patient use • Operation Theater – for sterilization • All ward people usage

  3. Benefits of Solar Thermal Systems • On the other side the water is pasteurized and is potable. There is no risk for diseases especially for children. • Different Outtake for different Temperature-Level is possible. • Heating this water with electricity does not really make much sense, because it uses excessive electricity. • The sun is free and available in abundance in some areas. • The technology using the Sun-Energy is proven und safe.

Benefits of Solar Thermal Systems • Using this Solar Thermal-Systems can save considerable energy and also avoid energy-peaks. • Vacuum-collectors have higher Temperature-output but cannot be built by you. • Flat collectors are better with cloudy days. • Solar Thermal also works when there is not full sunshine • Works also during power-failure • due to thermoshiphon-effect does not need any pump or electricity

But…. • Hot-water will be ready at noon or afternoon. • If the pipes are longer it takes some time of hot water to come. • If there is no thermal Regulation-valve, there is a risk of injury due to hot water. • Also for Laundry an external Temperature-Regulation is needed to setup the right Temperature.
