What Can Devon on Demand Do For You?

2. Devon on Demand www.devontitle.com/dod Your User Name and Password will be emailed to you when your account has been set up.

3. Devon on Demand Lobby Once you sign into Web Access you will be in “Your Lobby.” The Lobby will list all of the transactions of which you are an authorized party/contact. You will see the File Number, Date Opened, Date of Closing, Buyer, Seller and Property for each of your orders.

4. Devon on Demand Lobby You can search for a file by Buyer, Seller, Property or File Number by clicking on Search – Expand / Collapse

5. Devon on Demand Lobby After you have clicked on Search – Expand/Collapse, you will then enter information in the fields that you would like to search.

6. Devon on Demand Lobby To view more information regarding a specific file, click on the File Number.

7. Devon on Demand Conference Room Once you have clicked on the File Number, you will leave the Lobby and enter a Conference Room for that specific file. Clicking on any of these four categories will take you to a Contacts List, Property Information Screen, File Status Screen or Document List. To the left on each page you will have a quick way to navigate that page. You can either scroll down with the bar on the right or choose the area from the list on the left.

8. Devon on Demand Conference Room - Contacts When you first come into the Conference Room you will be on the Contacts page. This page will give you your Devon Title contact person as well as information regarding the Buyer, Seller, Realtors, Referral and Lender. You will have access to phone numbers, addresses and email addresses for each contact if it has been provided to Devon Title.

9. Devon on Demand Conference Room Property Information If you click on the Property Info screen it will give you general information regarding the property such as the address, Tax ID # and taxes if available. You can also get the full legal which is pulled from the commitment and contains property address and Tax ID #. It can be copied and pasted from this screen directly into your own software program or documents.

10. Devon on Demand Conference Room - File Status If you click on File Status, four areas will show. Since we are not utilizing Current Location and History you will never see information in these areas. Notes are also not currently available. File Status items will allow you to see the status of specific tasks.

11. Devon on Demand If you click on Documents, you may see different types of documents posted. Static – if changes need to be made to the document it has to be re-posted. File Scan – documents that are posted from the File Scan Module. Web – documents that are posted externally by customers. To print a document you would select that specific document and click on the Print button which will open a pop-up box with the document. Documents

12. Devon on Demand Documents Most documents will print with Adobe in a PDF format unless they have been posted in another specific program such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

13. Devon on Demand New Order New orders can be submitted from any page. You can scroll through the screens or quickly jump from screen to screen by using the bar on the left.

14. Devon on Demand New Order When an order is submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation with a temporary order number. The order will show in your Lobby but no information will be available until Devon has accepted the order and assigned a permanent file number.
