  4. The social media contributes in spreading moral crimes and spread rumors and false accusations . Launch acharge means there is no proof while the word accuse means accusing with aproof Because the woman is more affecting with this crime more than the man .

  5. The General is the accusing of any one in the society .The General is the accusing of the husband to his wife or the wife to her husnband. Both of them accusing the women Both of them have the same punishment .

  6. This oath is breaking the confidence among the couple so they lose each other The oath of condemnation (lian) is a destruction of the trust and effection between the couples

  7. God will delay or neglect the man till he repents and comes back to his God .

  8. 1four witnesses2 confession of the adulterers. 100 lashes Accusing each other The one is accusing his partner 80 lashes The husband will start with an oath 4 times and use lian by saying Gods,punishment will come on my head if he was aliar . His testimony will not be accepted in the court He will be elinated from the mercey of god

In order to scare the others Because it’s a sensitive case and has it’s big privacy Because it has bad effects on society and destroys it The one who does the punishment is the ruler or the one who is doing it on his behalf 1.If there is no oath of lian the husband will be subject to the punishment of slander. 2. it’s a way for the wife or the husband to escape from the punishment was accused. 3.the lian is a loophole for the husband because of the difficulty of getting 4 witnesses
