2. Instructions • 8 minute PPT presentation, 4 minutes Q&A. • You must rehearse the timing of your presentation before doing it in class. • You must present during your allotted time slot on the presentation schedule (see slides 7-8)

3. Instructions • Demonstrate your passion. This presentation represents you. Take the time to make it look good. If you have no graphic abilities, now is the time to show your ability to recruit a team and find someone to help you. • In this class, getting outside help is part of the assignment, not cheating!

4. Instructions • Creating an 8-minute presentation is very difficult. It requires that you create a 20-minute presentation and then begin practicing and editing. • Have slides ready for Q&A (some of the dozen or so that you will have edited out). You should be able to anticipate some questions. • Revisit the instructions for midterm assignment and follow those research guidelines.

5. Grading Criteria • Presentation is clear, concise and well-prepared, including follow-up slides for Q&A • Significant research into key areas of venture, including multiple interviews with experts and customers • Adequately cover all seven key areas of Vernon’s Razor • Vernon’s Razor.doc / Razor Analysis.doc (one-pager) / Class PPTs

6. Course Grading • 40% Final Project • 30% Midterm • 30% Class participation
