  2. Objectives: Our Goals: 1) Educating ALL medical students about common emergencies at home 2) Correct misconceptions about managing certain situations. Why? Home emergencies are: Dangerous Requiring immediate actions

  5. If the person is unconscious and unresponsive, call 997 THEN begin CPR.

  13. Warning: • IF YOU try to move the unconscious person to a sitting position, or • IF YOU give an unconscious person any food or drink. • IF you tried to place pillow under the head of an unconscious person,or • IF you tried to slap person’s face or dose him with cold water.

  20. 1-Don't remove burned clothing. 2-Don't immerse large severe burns in cold water.
