Our customer created an ingestible sensor paired with wearable devices that provides psychological biomarkers along with vitals and other vital information of Schizophrenic Patients. Customer Insights: Our customer is known as the flag-bearer of innovation for creating a new category of pharmaceuti- cals: Digital Medicines. The solution included an ingestible sensor, a wearable medical and application that helped patients in self-care, physicians in clinical decision-making with in-depth data analytics and empowered caregivers with reliable information. For their novel digital medicine solutions, our customer had accumulated finances of $300 Million+ in funding across the years Business Scenario: Our customer had an FDA-cleared ingestible sensor and a wearable device for medical data collection and a companion app to display the accumulated data They now wanted to create optimum solution scalability and interoperability with the cloud ecosystem of a web application, data management and data processing using AWS Our customer wanted complete cloud transformation with cloud native web app for clinical deci- sion-making, ML algorithms for analytics, managed health notifications and complete multiple hospital management modules To ensure their solution was scalable, secure and regulated as per FDA norms, our customer sought an AWS partner with in-depth MedTech experience.

AIMDek Digital Partnership Scope: To ensure that they could store, manage, transfer, analyze and securely distribute data with the native AWS cloud ecosystem, they collaborated with us for: AWS infrastructure consulting and setup Cloud-based Web Application development for physicians and clinical staff Management of multiple hospitals and their respective patient data with multi-tenant AWS infrastructure ML Algorithms development and ML inference management to identify health patterns and analyze sensor information for intelligent clinical decision-making Choose appropriate AWS infrastructure and data management solutions for optimum scalability, interoperability, DevOps automation and secure data storage The Solution: Understanding the flow of the Data Data from the ingestible sensor was communicated to a wearable medical device and from there, it was transmitted via BLE to the companion app. From the companion app, the data was pushed to the cloud in near-real-time Data was ingested in the AWS cloud web application that was developed for Physicians to access sensor data The web application was equipped with Data Visualization capabilities for detailed patient data view as well as multi-user data display dashboards Notifications and alerts were managed on AWS and sent to both the web application and the companion app ML Algorithms were developed to understand health trends and patterns and hosted on AWS with real-time inference speed Data Analytics solutions generated health reports that were further analyzed by physicians and the change in treatment and medication suggested by physicians were communicated to the patients via the companion app Physicians can also manage their patient appoint- ments and observation documents on customers’ AWS solutions All the data generated by various patients, physicians and hospitals was saved on a secure and connected central hub marketing@aimdek.com
