  1. TaylorMill Elementary PTA Fall Raffle Taylor Mill Elementary School is having its annual raffle to raise money for the PTA. Money raised through this event has been used to fund new playground equipment, computers, educational materials and student activities, on-site science program (COSI/I-Space), Staff Appreciation Week, Red Ribbon Week, Fifth Grade Recognition, and many more needs throughout the school year. Raffle Tickets are $1.00 each. The following prizes will be awarded: 1st Prize - $750 Gas Card 2nd Prize - 4 One-Day Hopper Passes to Walt Disney World theme parks 3rd Prize - $100 Remke’s Gift Card The winning ticket will be drawn at the Fall Festival on October 19, 2013 at Taylor Mill Elementary. Enclosed you will find twenty five (25) raffle tickets. We are asking each parent to help their child sell at least twenty five tickets. Please do not send your child out unsupervised. Return your money and the ticket stubs in the enclosed envelope to your child’s teacher. Please make checks payable to Taylor Mill Elementary PTA. For additional tickets, please do one of the following: 1. Mark the attached envelope with the additional ticket quantity. 2. Send a note to the teacher with the number of tickets requested. 3. Order additional tickets by phone. Call or text Susan Balsley with your child’s name, teacher and # tickets requested at 513-265-8969. 1. Prizes will be awarded to the top three students selling the most tickets. 1st Prize – Touchscreen Tablet & Spiritwear Pack 2nd Prize – Touchscreen Tablet 3rd Prize – Taylor Mill Spiritwear Pack 2. Sell 100 tickets and Win a Lunch Party with Mrs. Dailey! 3. Prizes to the top three classrooms selling the most tickets: : 1st: Classroom Game Basket ($50 value) & 1 themed dress day 2nd: 1 Themed dress day (i.e. pajama day) 3rd: Additional 10 minutes of recess for 1 day 4. Prize will be Awarded for Every 25 Tickets Sold: - Tiger Paw Zipper Pull in new school colors - Sell 50 tickets and also receive a pair of Tiger ear buds! FALL FESTIVAL – OCTOBER 19TH 2 to 6:00pm Sell Raffle Tickets - Win Prizes !!! Touchscreen Tablet Zipper Pull – attach to Backpack or Jacket Please return all of your money and ticket stubs by October 10th to be eligible for prizes. Make sure to put your child’s name and his/her teacher’s name on the envelope. THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING!!!! Ear Buds – when you sell 50 tickets (while supplies last)
