If Teams is the meta OS, then where does the Digital Workplace/Workspace fit in?
Metadata? We don’t need no stinkin’ metadata! • Where do you access your files?
I don’t care where about your past, just your future • Existing folder structure in SharePoint is ignored once you add a Team to Office 365 Groups / team site • What do you do with it: move it all to General and separate it out between newly-created channels or add a SharePoint tab?
In sickness and in health • Renaming a channel in Teams doesn’t change the folder in SharePoint
One folder to rule them all • Uploading files in a channel places them at the root of the channel folder • If you want to put them in a sub-folder, upload to the location and then link to it in conversation
Attack of the clones • How do you manage multiple files in multiple Teams file locations? • How did you address this before with SharePoint?
Archiving a Team… • What happens to the content when you archive or delete a Team?
What comes first? The cart or the horse? • Provision a Group and move files, or… • Provision a Team and make it all about the channel/folder structure?
What about me? • What about attachments stored in Planner?
