The scale to be shown is an Emery/Winslow Flattop Scale Platform is 40’x11’ with site rails. The foundation is a raft slab design that is 12” thick and has (2) 10’ level approaches, also there is 25’ decent ramps. The scale has an optional 3/8” deck plate. Features:

  1. The scale to be shown is an Emery/Winslow Flattop Scale Platform is 40’x11’ with site rails. The foundation is a raft slab design that is 12” thick and has (2) 10’ level approaches, also there is 25’ decent ramps. The scale has an optional 3/8” deck plate. Features: Hydrostatic load cells that are immune to water and lightning 75K load cells requiring only 6 in the entire scale.   2. Pouring of 12” raft slab • Base slab is one continuous pour and is heavily reinforced

  3. Preparing approach installation • Finishing the base slab and preparing the 10’ (level) approaches

  4. Shows base slab and approach completed Completed foundation

  5. Shows (3) load cell sections and site rails Scale installed

  6. Decent ramps installed and back filling completed. Decent ramps installed
