To be accepted it is mandatory to have experience in multiple offices shadowing. I contacted Dr. Bagnoli to obtain experience in the field of dentistry. I started out shadowing and then I was trained as a dental assistant in office. I still shadow and dental assist from time to time when Dr. Bagnoli or Dr. Bewley call for me to come in.
