COMESA Public Procurement Reform Project Implementation Status Project Implementation Unit in place: Project Manager commenced duty May 2002: Contract with Consultant also signed in May 2002 Stakeholders Forum held in December 2002; Procurement Directives to be completed by February 2003 Project Completion–April 2004
