Federal Statute Amendments 1.  Section 1 of the Human Rights Code is amended by adding “gender identity, gender expression” after “sexual orientation”.From: Toby’s Act (Right to be Free from Discrimination and Harassment Because of Gender Identity or Gender Expression), 2012, SO 2012, c 7, s 1.

Removed all sections that had been repealed.4. Inserted all new substantive acts that had been enacted.5. Organized the set in alphabetical order by statute title, and assigned a chapter number to each statute.6. Inserted all amendments into the whole set.
