Communication activities • EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION • Depending on activities • So far not much activities has been made on the project, though the external communication is weak • We need to start promoting !!!! • Comments of PP? • Internet page! • INTERNAL COMMUNICATION • Very weak • Urgent need to make this better • Involvment and participation of all partners • E-mailing is not enough • More often web conferences and reporting of the activities made Project partner: City municipality Kranj

WP2: Conclusion • COMMUNICATION PLAN • Done; however is just theoretical base of communication • COMMUNICATION PRODUCTS • Delay of progress • EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION • Could and should be better but due to not many activities is hard to promote a project • INTERNAL COMMUNICATION • Worst part of WP2 • MUST!!!!! be better, not only due to WP but of progress of the project as a whole • RESPONSABILITY OF ALL PARTNERS!!!! Project partner: City municipality Kranj
