  2. Line • A continuous mark made on a surface by a moving point with length and direction, and the width is less than the height.

  3. Shape • Shape is an enclosed space, the boundaries are used by other factors of art like color, line, and texture. • Shapes are used in order to properly form a art work. They are also used to structure. • Important: it contains width and length.

  4. Form • An element of art that is 3 dimensional and encloses volume; includes height, width, and depth. • For example, a cube, a sphere, or a pyramid.
