  4. Site Demographics • Wilmington Maternal Fetal Medicine is a high risk facility providing special care to women and couples who are pregnant. • Services Provided: • Genetic Counseling Session • Ultrasound Study • Visit with physicians and/or nurse practitioners

  5. What did I do? • Observation of Genetic Counseling sessions • Chart preparation for counseling sessions • Observation of ultrasounds • Observation of amniocentesis • Office Duties (i.e.) Filing charts and pulling charts
