  8. Questions To Ask Yourself Would you join the candidate’s Launch Team? Would you support the candidate financially? Would you send your friends or family to the church plant? What are the building blocks that are present in the candidate? What are the building blocks that are not present in the candidate?

  9. Questions To Ask Yourself Beyond these 16 building blocks is there a clear call to church planting over other types of ministry? Would this candidate be better in an established church situation? Would this candidate be better as a part of the team rather than the Point Leader in a church plant?
