Activities for Bridging the Gap Objectives: 1. To create English environment by overcoming the inhibitions among the children. 2. To encourage the children to express their ideas freely. 3. To achieve minimum academic standards and use the textbook effectively. 4. To develop classroom interaction based on pictures. 5. Process • Producing a description based on picture. • Strategy: Whole class, group and individual. • Same process will be followed to produce conversation and story. • Separate pictures are needed for the whole class, group and individual work. • Group products are to be edited for refinement.
