Results of 2005-2006 CGCC Distance Learning Plan (so far) • 58% increase in the number of developed online classes • Implemented Quality Matters standards for online classes • Standardized instructor contracts, development timelines, and training procedures • Doubled online curriculum development budget

More questions • When does the first draft of the plan need to be finished? • When will you present it to your constituent groups? • Where will the plan be published? • Where will it be distributed? • How will you get constructive feedback in the draft phase? • How will you find the time to write the plan?
