Action Plan to strengthen administrative capacities • Adopted in June 2007 by the Council of Ministers • Objectives: • increase employment in government structures involved in SF management • Introduce standardized remuneration scheme (increase salaries) • introduce standardised evaluation and promotion scheme Brussels, 15 October 2008

  10. SF management 2007-2013 • Central administration: • 1852 staff (March 2007) • 405 new staff employed in 2007 • objective: 2800 staff in gov. administration (50% increase!) • cost for period 2007-2013 : 5,3 mld PLN - 4,5 mld from OP Technical Assistance Brussels, 15 October 2008
