Overview MS4 Permit • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System. • Allows storm water discharge into watershed. • Develop control measures in a Storm Water Management Program (SWMP). • TMDL compliance. • Prevent Release of Hazardous Substances. • Submit annual reports (1st, 2nd, & 4th Yr.). • Permit period December, 2002 thru 2007.
