  2. “The British are coming! The British are coming!” That is the famous quote of Paul Revere from the time of the American revolution. Paul Revere and Benjamin Franklin who are all famous for their part of the American revolution, but our country wouldn’t be the country it was today without the declaration of independence which won our independence.

  3. Paul Revere Paul Revere was born on the new year and his father had him educated at the North Writing School because his father had a lovely smithing business. Soon, when Revere was a teenager, his father died so he continued the smithing business which then he also started advertising for dentistry. Angrily, people started to protest against the taxes of tea so Paul Revere joined the Sons of Liberty and so they disguised themselves as Indians and boarded an English boat and dumped all the tea into the harbor which then this is known as the Boston Tea Party. Then Paul Revere the fastest express rider and then the Sons of Liberty made him a spy on the British. In the month of April 18th, a sincere man named Dr. Warren told Paul Revere to warn all the colonists that the British were coming by sea. Riding is what Paul Revere did that night. He also told the North Church to hang two lanterns to tell the colonists that the British were coming by sea. Soon, he warned Samuel Adams and John Hancock of what was going on, and so then they fled. When the war ended, Revere became a lieutenant for the Massachusetts army and then sadly, Paul Revere was deceased on May 10th, 1818.

  4. Benjamin Franklin Benjamin Franklin was born on January seventeenth seventeen-o-six, in Boston Massachusetts, he had no idea, that one day, he would become a famous American. In 1716, Ben was 10 when his father, who known as Josiah Franklin, extracted poor Ben out of school because he had poor grammar. Interestingly, Benjamin Franklin opened a lovely eccentric print shop in 1730 called the Pennsylvania Gazette. Signing the Declaration of Independence is probably what made Benjamin Franklin famous when he was a member of the second continental congress. Sadly, Benjamin Franklin was deceased on April seventeenth, 1790. Benjiman Franklin shall be a great influence to all Americans.

The Declaration of Independence “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unreliable rights, that among these life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” That is the most famous excerpt of the declaration of independence. Angrily, on June 7, 1776, Richard Henry Lee stated that the colonies should be independent form British rule. Congress first of all waited a month before voting for independence because the colonies were not ready for this extraordinarily big step in history. Congress chose Benjamin Franklin of Pennsylvania, John Adams of Massachusetts, Robert R. Livingston of New York, Roger Sherman of Connecticut and Thomas Jefferson of Virginia. These man sat down for 17 days writing and rewriting what would become the declaration of independence. On July 2, 1776 the group was finished and they turned it into congress for approval and they agreed, for 2 days congress talked about independence. On July 4, 1776, congress declared independence which from that day on, it has been as a national holiday called independence day. Honoring this day has been done for over 130 years.

  6. Benjamin Franklin, Paul Revere and the declaration of independence all played and extremely important role in the American Revolution. But the one that beats the all is the declaration of independence. This is because without it, we would still be a part of Britain.
