  4. 1 Programmes: What we offer Planning • Reservation at the CERN hotel • Planning of visits & transport • Conference room booking • Visibility (on Education Website, INDICO programme site, Stats) Programme • Access + badge + welcome envelop • meal vouchers • Welcome Reception (drinks & snacks) • Presentation on: Introductory Remarks • Presentation on: Programme Objectives • Cloud Chamber Workshop • Treasure hunt • Blowing the alphorn (at the official dinner) • Evaluation • Certificates (individually, bilingual, …) • Goodie bag for every teacher

  5. 2 Programmes: How to plan practically • Contact Konrad with the proposal of dates for the next Teacher Programmes and the approximate number of teachers (+ lecturers from country + bus drivers + …) • Wait until confirmation • Planning of visits 2 month prior to programme (constraint by Visits Service) • Do you need help in organising lecturers and/or guides? Shall I help with bookings of the room? Please let me know in advance. • Send the list of participants (numbers-file) by e-mail to Maureen and Konrad one month prior to programme (constraint by Konrad, Maureen & hotel) and note your wishes concerning meal vouchers etc.
