NAFTA Cross-Border Trucking Demonstration Project US DOT Inspector General Interim Report March 2008 (1) FMCSA has plan to check MX trucks, but the plan is not fully implemented (2) Fewer MX carriers and vehicles than expect, meaningful conclusions or projections not possible (3) Independent evaluation panel created
