This should be done prior to Oct. 1. www.pnwoptimist.org • ACH – You may want to discuss, at your first Board of Directors Meeting, Direct Debit for automatic payment of O.I. Bills. www.optimist.org Print copy and mail.

  15. O.I. Dues – Invoices issued Oct. 1, Jan. 1, April 1 and July 1. Fees are listed on www.optimist.org – Members – Dues & Fees. 2008/09 will appear Oct. 1 • District Dues– Invoices issued via your Club’s Optimist Mail address on Oct. 1, Jan. 1, April 1 and July 1. • CRA – Update as needed but do check prior to above billing dates as Clubs are billed on a per member basis.

  16. Officer-Elect Report – report is online at www.pnwoptimist.org and due May 20. • President’s Pride – this is the year-end report that helps O.I. form their statistics... Due not later than Sept. 30 at O.I. Printable form on www.optimist.org – Members – Forms • CPA – Information and printable forms on www.optimist.org – Members – Forms – International Programs...due Sept. 30 to the District Chairperson.
