  21. Rom. 1:15 That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are at Rome.16 I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.

  23. Rom. 1:17 For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”

  24. Philippians 3:8 …that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith.

  25. 1 Peter 3:18 For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit,

  26. 1. Do you see yourself as a servant of Jesus?2. Are you willing to do His will, to try to live up to His high calling [“saint”]?3. Encourage one person in the faith at the end of the service.4. If you don’t understand about ‘righteousness through faith in Christ’, speak to someone today.
