Current Status • Traff-20 VC6 Rev 1 Test Release – Build 102(dated 24th May 2011). • Traff-20 test versions supplied to controller manufacturers; • Test version 102 supplied on 24th May 2011; • Targeting Traff VC6 build 1 release; • Failed to meet original target ie first controller in the field to correspond with SCATS release in June 2011;
Current Status of QTC Controller • QTC provided hardware and software for the test controller on 3rd February; • Estimated software delivery at the end of October.
Current Status of Eclipse Controller • Tyco provided hardware updates to the test controller on 9th November; • Estimated software delivery end of January 2012; • Aside Tyco expressed a desire to minimise future changes to PSC software: – affects porting of some VC6 changes;
Current Status of ATSC/4 Controller • ATC have only just started making changes for Traff-20 VC6. • ATC have been concentrating on Type Approval; • Field trial of ATSC/4 version 8.1 scheduled for11th December;

Future Changes • More Phases; How many? • New communications protocol; NTCIP? • Plan based operation; take pressure of comms • Change to time settings and time settings management; needs to be extensible;- Work related to new comms protocol
