Inside you will find the latest news about the salon and our stylists. It will also update you on the latest tips and trends to keep your hair looking and feeling beautiful. There are always new products being introduced to the salon so we can inform and educate our guests into maintaining their personal style at home. Transform your image for 2014! We have been here as a salon and a team whilst winning multiple awards along the way. We are a team of 11 which cover all aspects of hairdressing to give the best salon experience. Our passion for hairdressing enable us to give the best possible service and friendly atmosphere to our ever growing, exciting salon.

We love to treat our guests so as a special birthday gift you will receive a personal letter inviting you to have a complementary wash and finish to make you feel extra special whilst having birthday celebrations. This letter also offers you the chance to upgrade to a wash cut and finish and receive 20% off! Please make sure we have your correct details on our system so we can send you a birthday letter. On Saturday 7th December we had our Hairs and Graces Christmas Party at Greatham Valley Golf Club. We had a great weekend full of laughs, dancing and wonderful food! It was lovely to spend time together as a team and just enjoy ourselves.

  3. hints and tips for beautiful hair… Curling with straighteners is brilliant! You can create big, loose waves by taking bigger sections and pulling the hair through quite quick. Or tighter, ringlet curls taking small sections and pulling the hair through slightly slower. To achieve long-lasting, smoother hair, blow-dry hair into desired style. It will also reduce the need to use straighteners which is kinder to the hair. Diffusers are a must-have for naturally curly/wavy hair. It is a hairdryer attachment which helps enhance and define curls and reduce frizz. To maintain healthy hair or if your trying to grow your hair we recommend having regular trims around 6-8 weeks. This will minimise split-ends, breakage to help growth. Always use heat protection spray before using any heated appliances. This will lock in moisture, prevent hair dehydration and damage. Wash hair at a minimum of every other day to prevent washing away natural oils and dehydrating your hair. To get a professional finish always blow-dry hair when 70% dry. Use the hairdryer to take out excess moisture. This will increase volume and reduce heat damage. Use a wide-tooth comb or a tangle teezer to detangle hair from wet. Start from the ends and work your way up gently to prevent breakage and damage.
