To break your fast without a valid excuse is a major sin Beware of breaking the fast without a valid excuse:

A great thing to do is to feed a person who did fast and thus you will receive the reward of their fast For those unable to fast:

People lose out by spending their fasting time doing nothing. Allah will ask you how you spent your fasting time Don't Lose out on the Reward:
