  1. Mobile Access for WCGN OnStream Webinars

  2. Go to your app store and search for OnStream Webinars • After you download this free app this blue arrow icon will appear on your device

  3. On you device go to your inbox and the confirmation email from WCGN • Copy the URL • Tap on the OnStream icon and you will see this image

  4. P • Paste the URL into the box for ‘Session URL’ • You may see other recent sessions listed below if you have logged on before.

  5. Select ‘Guest’ so you do NOT have to enter a password • Enter your first and last name, the short name of your organization and / or your city

  6. Make sure to hold your device for horizontal view so the boxes fit better on the screen. It will look like this image below. You may see a live video feed or photo instead of the WCGN logo. • You should see your name listed with a yellow silhouette. You may need to scroll down to see your name and all other participants. • Yellow icons are participants, blue are presenters or moderators and green is the account holder.

  7. Chat is public and used for trouble shooting technical issues • Q&A is for questions to the presenter. It is moderated and you will not be able to see your question AFTER is it submitted. Moderators will ask question orally and presenters will answer them orally. • To leave the session select the icon that looks like a notepad with lines. The dropdown will provide a ‘Leave session option’
