What can your business do? • All visitors should be greeted using direct eye contact and detailed observation • Make visitors sign into your business • Encourage employees to question strangers they encounter by asking their destinations and offering assistance • Remove cash nightly from drawer and leave open and unlocked

Security for employees … • Keep your purse in a locked drawer at all times • Carry only as much cash as you need for the day and preferably one credit card • Make a list of credit card numbers and keep it in a safe place • Lock valuables in the trunk of your car, out of sight, not laying around the office
