General Instructions • You will be called by your General/Combined Merit No. • Whole Admission process is based on Merit only. • Without Original documents, Admission will not be provided. • Arrange the Original documents as stated in the next slide
Examination Hall • Original documents will be verified and collected at the Examination hall (Ground Floor). • You will be called by your General/Combined Merit No. • Once your original documents are verified and collected you will instructed to proceed for the counseling room at the 1st floor. • Until then you have to remain seated in the Examination Hall.
Counseling room (1st floor) • Mark your presence • Collect option form • Attach to Gujarat University admission form • Make a queue according to your merit no.
Branch Name,College Name and the Signature to be • done once the admission in confirmed in the MCQ Lab.
If you don’t select from the available branch then you • have to sign in the column at the bottom.
1 2 • Enter your Combined Merit No. and then click on “Go” • 2. Then in the Box of “Select Branch Type” 3 options will appear as below • Clinical • Para-clinical • Diploma • 3. On selecting any 1 from above, list of the respective branches will appear as shown in the next slide.
Admission will be allotted only when “ 1” is displayed in this box.
Once you select the branch, the • college with the available seats will • be displayed above as shown here. • Click on the desired college
Once you select the branch and the college you will asked for verification of details and confirmation and only after clicking “Confirm” your admission will be final.
Once you click “Confirm” above box will appear and You will be given “ Provisional Admission Receipt” as shown In the next slide.
Once you receive above receipt you have to proceed for the “Fees Payment” and collection of the Fee receipt which is needed to be produced during the Teacher Allocation Process. “Final Admission Order” will be given during Teacher Allocation Process.
