Question 1 • Schools and colleges need to input and process attendance data on a daily basis • Describe what output info is produce from this data • Draw an IPO diagram to show the system
Question 2 • Write down the input, process and output for each of the following: • Finding contact details in a PDA • Buying a book from a website
Question 3 • A bank create a monthly statement for each of its customers’ accounts, which is an output from the system • List the data that must be input to the system to produce the statements • Describe the processing involved in producing the output.
Question 4 • Many travel agents feel that the use of e-ticketing has benefits for them. • Discuss whether you think there are benefits to the customer generated by the use of e-ticketing • Discuss any limitations you think there might be for the travel agents or the customer.
Question 5 • What ICT systems do you use on a regular basis? Discuss and make notes on the various different systems that you and your immediate group come into contact with.
